Demonstrable experience as an executive in a kitchen
Leading a large kitchen team for two restaurants
You are the point of contact for the entire kitchen from both the kitchen team and the operating team.
You are someone who can improve and maintain quality
You are managerial, multicultural, tolerant and social in this modern company with an open kitchen and master the following tasks:
Planning the daily activities and schedules
Control of the daily maintenance of the working environment, kitchen appliances and machines
A creative cook who cooks with taste and passion
Social and stress resistant.
Independent and flexible
Commanded Dutch and English
At least two years’ experience in a similar position
Available for at least 1 year
And what is most important in the end; Wanting to cook in a diverse team and above all to set a good example for the team (both service and kitchen).
